3) No Refund / No Return Policy (Rudraksha & Related Items)

Due to the natural, spiritual, and personal-use nature of Rudraksha products, and because they come from a tree and are often worn or used for spiritual practices, we do not offer refunds or returns after purchase.

• All Rudraksha, malas, bracelets, and similar spiritual items are final sale.
• No returns or exchanges once the order is placed and processed.

4) Damaged or Incorrect Item (Exception)

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• Outer packaging
• Product condition
• Order details / invoice

If verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion (replacement or store credit).

6) Shipping
